I use the powdered sugar shaker as a flour shaker. It is very practical for sprinkling a little flour on the work surface. Unfortunately, it's always a challenge when I need to add flour. I almost can't open the lid. I know that it has to be very "tight" on the "Büchsli" so that the lid and its contents don't "fall out" when I shake it. My suggestion: Couldn't you make a screw cap so that it's easier to refill?
