Why should the "no pig" sign be on any visible product?
It either depicts all animals that are not inside or none at all. For example, I would never eat dogs - why not a picture that doesn't show a poodle in the chicken?

Hello everyone, I've never seen a pig that has been sliced through on sausage meat packaging. (Well, I don't buy sausage meat ?) but I'm going to the grocery store today out of curiosity. It's enough to draw the animals that are inside, the list is shorter. It's the same with sausage meat, what's marked on it should be enough. You don't have to cross anything out.

There are products where it is obvious that they do not contain pork - chicken breast, for example. However, there are also composite products such as bratwurst or cold cuts where it is not obvious at first glance whether or not they contain pork. The crossed-out pig informs you at first glance and without reading the list of ingredients that no pork is included. Kind regards, Luisa

The questioner is probably more concerned with the fact that, once again, only one particular religion is being catered to and that, for example, a crossed-out beef should also be depicted if there is no beef or veal in it.

It is not our intention to print as many stickers as possible on the products - we ask for your understanding. More and more of our customers are not eating pork. However, the number of customers who do not eat beef and/or veal is very small. So that our customers can find out about the animal species contained in our products, these are shown on the label.
