The protein bread from Léger already exists. I think it's great and, in my opinion, also very tasty.
However, it would be practical for individuals and for a quick lunch or, even better, a snack on the go if the protein bread were available in roll form.
You could leave the composition the same as the "big" bread...would be worth a try, wouldn't it?:)
