Regarding your question about product sponsorships: The sponsor of a product can change again and again. The sponsor is always the user who has collected the most points for a particular product. You earn points by writing a comment or "uploading" a picture, for example. You can find detailed information here:

The fact that I am a product sponsor of over 2,000 products has to do with the fact that I have been on this platform since Migipedia was first launched. This means that I not only write comments but also describe products and create tags in the d, f and i languages.
Since the beginning of the year, I have limited my activities as I have to, should, may spend more time with my wife for health reasons. I also have other interests, which can be seen in my profile.
