I have a great product idea for Migros:
Pretzel croissants baked with cheese and sold as fresh pastries.
The Laugengipfeli should be slightly larger than a normal one and not crooked. Gruyere, for example, is sprinkled on top before baking.
The result is a wonderful product.

@Jeri_2 if you're from eastern switzerland, you should pay a visit to the panetarium bakery. they offer a lye croissant baked with cheese. it's really delicious. ? but this product would also be very welcome in migros!
