Dear Migros team

As a meat lover, I would like to reduce my meat consumption for ecological and ethical reasons. I am able to do this thanks in part to good vegetarian products, which Migros is increasingly offering. Thank you very much for your commitment in this area, BUT there is still a lot of room for improvement. Perhaps my new discovery offers an opportunity:
Today I saw an interesting meat substitute product. It's probably not yet available in Switzerland. It could be worth checking out:

PS: I like your vegan lemon schnitzel. They're great and taste almost like meat.
