May I ask you what kind of device (mobile or computer) and browser you tried it with. We know that, unfortunately, the link in the invitation to the review somehow leads nowhere for some testers. A tip: You can also simply search for the product on Migipedia and rate it directly there.

I tried it on my laptop via Google Chrome. I rated the product in Migipedia! Because it was great! :-)

My colleagues in the technical department have informed me that they are trying to solve the problem, it seems to be a bit more complex. yup, I have rated in migipedia (I am moisturizing cream)
but the mail always says something about a detailed questionnaire. That would be the point of the whole thing.

It is correct, the email inviting you to rate the product says "questionnaire". This has to do with the fact that we would have the option of actually sending a questionnaire in addition to the link to rate the product. This would allow us to ask very different questions about our products. We implemented the questionnaire option around 1.5 years ago at the request of our product managers. However, it is almost never used.
The e-mail with the invitation to evaluate is an e-mail with standard text that is generic. We cannot differentiate whether the e-mail goes out only to receive reviews or with a questionnaire. However, we can check whether we "soften" the text in the email.
If there are problems with the link in the e-mail and the product to be tested cannot be accessed, then you can simply search for the product on Migipedia and submit a review.
At this point, by the way, a big thank you to all our product testers. Almost every week, we publish products here at https://migipedia.migros.ch/de/tryvertising and in the Migros app for which you can register as a tester, and we are particularly pleased that, in most cases, half of the people drawn by lot actually submit a review. Thank you.
