I was delighted to discover organic sheep's milk butter and organic sheep's milk quark in my Migi on Saturday!!! Now, despite my allergy to cow's milk (unfortunately lactose-free is not enough), I can cook/bake my recipes with sheep's milk products without any extra effort. the only thing missing now is a créme fraiche made from sheep's milk ;-)
I am really very surprised and would not have expected to find these products in Migros! They are now one of my standard products!

Unfortunately, they are not yet available in all Migros branches - so write here if you also need these products - hopefully they will be available nationally soon!
