Perhaps the cost of kosher products (purchase + storage + overheads) is not offset by the volume of potential buyers? My answer is less valid for meat, as practicing Muslims can eat kosher meat, which increases the volume of potential customers. Any ideas?
I think Migros should invest in it.
There are huge potential customers.
Meat, cheese, charcuterie, fresh produce, salads, cookies etc... I think Migros could easily please its customers...
