Unfortunately I have not found a suitable topic: For some time now, I have been unable to log in to the Cumulus website (only on my computer and only on this page). When I try to log in via M-identity, only a white pop-up appears and nothing happens, even if I deactivate the AdBlock. Does anyone else have this problem or is it already known?

Would delete the browser data once:
Chrome: > Settings > Show advanced settings: Privacy > Clear browsing data.
Safari: > Settings: Privacy > Remove all website data.

Thank you both, unfortunately deleting the settings has not yet been successful. I use Firefox. It's really only about logging in to the Cumulus section on the Migros website, everything else via Midentitiy works without any problems.

Try ccleaner ... but first uncheck the "Clear history" and "Input completion" boxes. Leave the default deletion of cookies on for the first time (this is actually nonsense, but in cases like yours, a broken cookie can interfere). Then remove all temporary internet data that ccleaner finds.
You can also click on the window in the pop-up window and then press f5 several times ... This can also help ... this causes the page to be reloaded.
Often restarting Firefox also helps.
