Problem APP login

Problem APP Anmeldung

I have a new cell phone, Samsung A40. I downloaded the APP and tried to log in, but I couldn't. I kept coming back to the same page "Login". If I want to create a new account, it doesn't work either, it sends the registration as if not gone. Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance.

I had the same thing when I wanted to pay at a Migros checkout on Friday, only at the last moment the app logged in again automatically, maybe it's a bug in the app.
