Well, how many detailers still offer this? On the scale of Migros, and no small family businesses? At most Coop and yes, they do it better. By a lot. And the product search hasn't worked for years, you can find things better via Google😂 But you can also get away from "having to monitor and query everything electronically", so this level of rage isn't good for you. Now comes the advantage, if the EDP system works, that you only note down items that are available. Migros no longer has this shopping list on the PC, only on the app. Have a look at Coop. At the end, after you have created the shopping list, tap on "In stock in your store" and you will receive the confirmation (e.g.): 10 products in stock and 3 not (are then listed and can be corrected for alternative purchase) This is service to the customer (I have already suggested this to Migros via FB, but no comment) By the way, I don't get upset but simply create a list for Coop for the next week.
