Yes, it's really annoying. We always delete these entries. Since everyone has the option of commenting without being logged in, there's not much else we can do.

You can use the warning triangle to report a post as unsuitable, e.g. if it is racism, advertising or posts below the belt.
If a post is penalized by two different users, it will disappear from the platform. It is then up to the moderators to evaluate the thread and either remove it permanently or release it again, as they see fit. By the way, guests do not see a warning triangle.
