POSATE E STOVIGLIE IN PLASTICA - MIGROS DEGUSTIBUS

I think we all appreciated the effort made by Migros to reduce plastic bags at checkouts. At Migros Degustibus, however, there is still use, in my opinion too abundant, of plastic for take-out food. Take pizza as an example: it comes with a set consisting of a (plastic) knife and fork and a napkin packed in a plastic bag. If all goes well, the knife and fork "hold up" to the cutting of the pizza but very often being low-quality plastic, they split and in order to continue eating, it is necessary to get another set of knives and forks...and good morning waste...
Another example taking hot food by weight: here, the service is free and after taking the (plastic) tray you have the option to fill it more or less according to your wishes. If one eats on the spot, I find this method a huge waste of plastic as these trays are used only once and then go straight into the trash....
On the other hand, the issue changes if one has to take the food away.
Now, I wonder if it would not be possile to re-introduce for those who consume on the spot metal cutlery (much more durable) and real plates (dishwasher safe as any restaurant does).
I encounter this situation in downtown Lugano, where I often go for my lunch break. However, I do not know if this is the case in all branches with Degustibus.
What do you guys think about it?
