Polenta sausage

Polenta Wurst

Until recently, you could buy a ready-made polenta sausage. Unfortunately I can't find it anymore, only with bacon in it. Where can you still get it without bacon?

No more - search for "polenta roll" and you'll find lovers of this product, like "Maripac", who want to see it back on the shelves.

You can easily make them yourself! Cook the polenta according to the instructions on the packet, leave to cool slightly and shape into a sausage in cling film (2-3 layers). Chill for a few hours-preferably 24 hours-and you're done ;-)

I like the ones WITH bacon much better anyway...

Hello everyone

It's interesting that I can still find the polenta ready to use online: https://produkte.migros.ch/subito-polenta-fixfertig

I have asked whether this is a mistake. You'll hear from us when we know more.

Hello@M-Infoline

Of course the polenta roll/-(sausage) exists. After a brief interruption, it was reintroduced into the range in response to popular demand.
The articles that M-Infoline refers to are almost five years old!
