Hi everyone, I'm a huge fan of these poke bowls, especially the tuna. Salmon is also good, but I can't do anything with chicken. It's probably because I'm a pescetarian, but what does chicken have to do with sushi? No matter what form of sushi, in my opinion chicken always stays in the fridge. Your post is correct, but poke bowls with chicken are more L.A. style and not Hawaiian...
