Migros, I feel like I've been taken for a ride! For more than 4 weeks now, our household has only been shopping at Migros so that we can convert even the smallest purchase of 20 francs into Playmobil Mania stickers. Big purchases, things we have wanted for a long time but never bought, sometimes too much of a good thing, yes, honestly. We have collected to enable the godchildren to have a whole set because their mother cannot afford to spend so much money in such a short time. The 5 cards are now full and want to be exchanged, but here's the kicker: all Playmobil Mania stores are SOLD OUT! What's this all about? You knew it would be a big run and deliberately had too few of them made under the guise of not wanting to produce too many unnecessarily.
Your customers (unlike some others) have honestly and painstakingly collected the stickers only to find out that the set will never be complete? We have painstakingly collected and waited to see whether we would even get one or two sheets full, as an empty store would have been dismal. So we waited. That's just our misfortune... and we are far from alone... (No, we are not going to force a branch for 200 or 500 francs on advertising and auction platforms) Not even your availability query is worth anything. I canvassed 200 zip codes and called 5 branches because it said they still had some. No, it wasn't true, the online query is worth nothing. I've often been annoyed but have remained loyal to you so far, but it's really starting to piss me off. You're being taken for a ride from start to finish and you're stuffing your pockets and laughing at the stupid, honest customers in meeting rooms when you're planning the next customer catcher with calculation. I'd like to be as honest as my heart needs me to be, but the post would be deleted faster than you usually deal with real spam... I'm disappointed in myself that I've let you buy me and take the piss again. I hope you are happy about the hard-earned 2,000 francs that we (and our families) have kindly given you over the last 5 weeks. Yes, at this moment I can honestly say: I HATE YOU! (I'm sure the world will look better tomorrow, but you have disappointed me massively and made me think)

Before I opened the forum, I saw the article "Migros drives customers into the arms of Aldi and Lidl" https://www.nau.ch/news/schweiz/migros-treibt-kunden-in-die-arme-von-aldi-und-lidl-66829597 ...how fitting, some parents avoid Migros to avoid this and others are disappointed because there are no more sets - it may generate a multiple of purchases in the short term, but in the long term the trust in Migros is weakened and customers feel cheated. That's where I see this article, and yes, it's okay to be a bit "möff" about a situation like this and talk about your frustration, even if it looks different tomorrow. But I hope migros finds 5 sets somewhere and you can exchange them.

The report is complete garbage. What everyone calls themselves experts these days. Exactly, there are enough people who run to Aldi/Lidl because of a promotion and then shortly after the store opens the promotion is already sold out. Enough experience... I think enough people go from Lidl/Aldi to Coop or Migros... (experienced this week myself)... On the subject above: I agree with you... weak action regarding the store. Migros should really be reproducing stores for this. I find the statements from Migros now: "yes bad luck, there's only stock for so long" extremely weak... but I think hating someone for that is exaggerated...

Unfortunately, it feels like nobody really cares about the forum anymore, only the most necessary things are answered. If at all. No matter how often you ask them to write something, it was the same in many other topics (Migros always kept quiet about such big campaigns) Meanwhile, Migros is stuck with the sets and will dispose of them or give them away abroad, cart them away somewhere - but not to the customers, of course. Not to those who couldn't make 2k purchases within a month because they are short of money. Not to those who would be super happy. Better to give it to an NGO than to throw it away? Then the children will have even less. Next time it should be from 10 fr, then everyone would be happy.
