No matter what I try, the game won't start. Always the same error message. Any ideas?

To avoid error messages, you can: - Uninstall the app - Open Win.migros.ch - Log out/log in (if this does not work, next step) - Clear cache/cookies - Close browser completely - Check stable internet connection and reopen game If you still have difficulties using the game?
