The "lift" in the cornichons is a nice idea, but in times of plastic avoidance no longer up to date.

Thank you c_m_s for your feedback. The lift is still very much appreciated by our customers. In addition, the lack of contact between fingers and product prevents mold from forming prematurely and the cornichons having to be disposed of. We are currently looking into alternative materials so that the lift is no longer made of plastic. Kind regards, Sina

Sorry, Sina, that's just unreflected marketing blah-blah. In the past, there was no elevator, you could easily remove the cornichons with a clean fork. Why do you think you need fingers? Do you also put your fingers in the yogurt?
Once again, here's an addendum: this unspeakable, useless and pointless "lift" is almost impossible to get out of the glass after use (for proper separate disposal). It makes a huge mess.
