Couldn't you offer a pizza in your assortment with a pea flour base (or other low-glycemic flour) that would be favorable for diabetics and others favoring stable blood sugar?
This could be in the frozen range, like the pizza with tuna and cream and capers that you took out of the frozen range a few years ago and which I regret because it was very good.

Thank you very much for your suggestion. We are always interested in new ideas, and we take note of our customers' suggestions so that we can consider them in our next assortment planning. Demand for a pea-flour pizza is still too low, however, and it would be premature to launch such a product. But we're keeping the idea in mind. Best regards, Jetmire

...but it would be a good time to put back in your assortment the tuna pizza with capers and cream that you've withdrawn (everyone loves a good tuna pizza, and there weren't two like it in Switzerland or even France).
