Couldn't you offer a pizza in your assortment with a pea flour base (or other low-glycemic flour) that would be favorable for diabetics and others favoring stable blood sugar?

This could be in the frozen range, like the pizza with tuna and cream and capers that you took out of the frozen range a few years ago and which I regret because it was very good.
