I placed an order with Digitec on Thursday lunchtime. Order 77741840 dated 15.12.2022. It's now Monday and the parcel still hasn't arrived. Is that normal? When I order something from Digitec by post, I get it the next day. I thought PickMup was even faster, but I guess I was wrong. What's your experience?

It can take a little longer for an order to be processed or for a parcel to arrive. You should delete the order number from the post. It only concerns you and Digitec. M-Infoline will refer you to Digitec's customer service anyway, because they can't do anything for you in this matter.

Yes, I'm fully aware that it's Christmas time... I can accept a delay of 1 day, but 3? That's to mutch from my point of view. And about the order number, I'll leave that in... I also wrote to Digitec and they said that the PickMup service belonged to Migros alone and that they weren't responsible for it. It's a cheap excuse, because they did use the service.

If Digitec thinks it has already been dispatched, another possibility is that the goods have already arrived but have not yet been scanned by staff at the PickMup location.
