I take advantage of this conversation to bring to light the pigeon issue, which was already highlighted two months ago.
Very often I spend my lunch break at the food court of the Migros Locarno office in Via Franscini. Punctually there are several pigeons flitting between the tables in search of something to eat or crashing into the glass windows to find their way back outside.
The area is very busy, not only with shoppers but also with many workers who daily go there for their lunch breaks. It is really unhygienic, bad image towards customers and in my opinion it is unacceptable that months later, today, the problem is still there. Frankly, I am beginning to consider spending my lunch break elsewhere.
Hoping that the issue will be resolved as soon as possible, I extend cordial greetings.

Migros Ticino replied to me that unfortunately finding a permanent solution for the pigeon problem in the branch is not easy.
The branch is testing preventive measures to curb the problem, at the moment they cannot yet define whether this will be the solution that can guarantee a total resolution of the issue.
We trust in your understanding and assure our utmost efforts to remedy it.
