I have had a Philips vacuum cleaner for a long time. Everything is ok with the product. The only thing I keep having painful problems with is the pull-out tube: If you accidentally grab the supposed handle with your hand, the tube is pushed together and your skin gets pinched. Am I the only one who has had this happen or are there other users with this experience?
