I think the Ph Balance shampoo is great and I use it regularly. What I am missing, however, is the matching hair conditioner.
Would it not be possible to introduce this? Or is there a specific reason why this product is not yet in the range?

ph balance was specially developed for people with sensitive skin. So a hair conditioner does not belong in the range, as it does not contribute to the care and cleansing of the skin.

Thank you for your feedback@Frederica! I have asked the responsible department again and may be able to add something:
For sensitive scalps, our suppliers recommend so-called "leave-on care products" (a hair conditioner that remains on the hair or scalp). These have a more positive effect on the skin than a rinse-off product, as the skin would deteriorate further under too much care that has to be rinsed out.
@pequena2509: Your idea for a PH Balance conditioner/care product will be included in the next product range review by those responsible.
