I love baking cheesecake.
My problem:
I need crumbled petit beurre for the base, which I laboriously make by crushing it with a rolling pin.
So my big wish would be if you could buy petit beurre "Brösmeli" from the baking ingredients!
I think a lot of bakers would enjoy it as cheesecake is very popular.
You could be the first to offer this handy product.

Thanks for your suggestion. Such "chopping tasks" are always a bit tedious when baking, I know that too. I'll be happy to pass your idea on to the people responsible for the baking range. They will check whether this product would be a suitable addition.
However, space on our shelves is limited, which means that we would have to remove another product from the range in order to introduce Petit Beurre crumbs.
I can't promise you that this is possible at the moment. For the time being, we can only continue to reduce the size of the biscuits. The advantage of this is that you can eat a biscuit in between ;-)
