At first I thought it was a petit beurre with a dark chocolate platelet on it, like this one:

But then I thought about whether you meant a normal petit beurre(https://migipedia.migros.ch/en/110138200000), which contains pieces of dark chocolate.
I think it would be good if you could describe in more detail - or provide an example of a product from Germany or Italy - what exactly you mean.
