When I went to Migros Take Away today to get the cold wrap, I was served in a very customer-friendly and professional manner.
My inquiry as to whether there were onions in the grilled vegetable wrap was not answered with a "yes, there might be" or a "no, I don't think so". The lady took the time to check. That's how it should be, that's how you feel well looked after.
