I was recently in Germany and saw the prices for peperroni at the discounters and German food retailers. The peperroni cost 1.99 euros for 1 kg (Netherlands) and in Switzerland the Dutch peperroni cost almost 6 francs per kilo? How do you justify the price for probably the same peperroni that they cost almost 3 times as much here?
The labor and logistics costs certainly don't justify the prices....

Thank you for your input. I have discussed your concerns with our price experts and there are various reasons for the higher prices. Due to small-scale structures alone, we generally have a much higher price level in Switzerland than abroad. The discounters abroad also buy much larger quantities, which means that the pricing in purchasing and sales is also lower. Quality standards in Switzerland are also very high, which also leads to a higher price level.
