Palm oil has had to be declared since the beginning of 2016. Unfortunately, this is still NOT the case at LeShop (or at least to a large extent). As I only see the products at LeShop after I have bought them, the palm oil must be visible in the product description on the website! I hereby call on Migros to change this immediately.

I have just seen that this has been in force since 2014, but with a transitional period of 2 years to give producers enough time to adapt. The declaration has therefore been mandatory since 2016! But Migros doesn't seem to want to take the food law too seriously!

This raises the question of whether this regulation also applies to web stores and, if so, how omissions are punished. If nothing happens, even the best regulation is useless. But I wouldn't know where to report this. I think a transitional period of two years is long enough, as products never stay in the store that long.
Perhaps LeShop will take back undeclared, unopened products because you couldn't have known before you bought them.

I think it would be helpful if we could link the incorrectly declared products here. In any case, I'll start looking for them right away and then post the links here. So the admins here should actually have to react and forward the links internally to the relevant departments?
If nobody reacts here and/or Migros does not want to make the corrections immediately, I will gladly forward the collected links to the responsible authorities without delay!

There are probably many more! Migros doesn't like obligatory declarations, which would give a poorer picture of the product in question, and therefore prefers to leave them out altogether.

I just noticed from time to time that a product with palm oil got lost in the order and then realized that the missing label at LeShop is by no means an isolated case. I'm not going to go looking for it now, but if I notice anything I'll be happy to post it.
The M-Budget Chocolate Cookies spontaneously come to mind.
