Why is palm oil still used in Migros rösti when you can even buy ready-made rösti with sunflower oil in discount stores? A Swiss product with Swiss potatoes is written on the packaging, so palm oil doesn't fit in at all!

How old is the pack of rösti in your Chuchichäschtli? I recently bought rösti at Migros - they are now new with rapeseed oil!

Hoi jajajaja. Thank you for the additional information. We are in the process of converting all our rösti to a palm oil-free recipe. As already mentioned, some have already been converted, but we are still working on the others. Best regards, Daniel
