More and more expensive third-party brand products instead of good and affordable Migros own products. Migros makes twice the profit on these products, as they are manufactured and sold by the company itself. It's getting worse for the consumer: Ovo is on average 30% more expensive and often has 20% less content, so the deal is perceived as 50% worse for the customer. More and more M-Classic products are also disappearing and being replaced by expensive lifestyle brands, e.g. M-Classic yoghurts with 180 grams often cost around 60 centimes and are fine. The lifestyle brand YOU has 20% less content and costs twice as much. If I get worse and worse value for money and can no longer buy my Migros products there, I'm forced to go to Aldi or Lidl, which I don't really want. But there I can still get Swiss yoghurt for 60 centimes. The Ovo stuff is just too expensive, it finances a lot of hot air and advertising. Ditto M-Classic chocolate, now from Germany instead of Frey, the luxury brand Lindt comes into the house instead - and the good fine chocolate from Switzerland for everyone is disappearing more and more from the shelves. I don't have to go to Migros for branded goods, I can get them in the expensive Coop or in the cheap discounter...
