I love Ossau-Iraty more than anything, but unfortunately you can't get the original almost anywhere! You really have to search for this rare delicacy.
I would be delighted if Migros had this cheese in its range!
But unfortunately the Migros cheese range is very cow-oriented.
There is very little sheep's and goat's cheese and the range is rather boring - what a shame?

We stock a sheep's milk cheese from the Pyrenees in western Switzerland that comes close to Ossau-Iraty. So far, the demand for cow's milk cheese is still greater than for sheep's and goat's cheese. This is why it is not widely represented in our range.

That's what I call blatantly ignoring the customer's wishes, I live in Zurich and not in western Switzerland and sheep's and goat's cheese is not only healthy, it's also in demand! Sorry, then I'll buy everything from the competition in future, they are much more responsive to customer wishes!

I'm a big fan of sheep's and goat's cheese myself and am glad that Migros in German-speaking Switzerland also has some products (e.g. Chavroux) to choose from.
