I find it particularly confusing that "Bio" is mentioned here under the product name on Migipedia, but not "Organic". I don't see the word organic on the bottle itself. I therefore assume that an error was made when recording the three "Organic Ice Teas".

And yes, the constant switching of brands bothers me too. Yet another Migros iced tea that is not clearly labeled as such (just like the white bottles and the "Tencha" line). The M has been used for decades as a means of making it clear that it is an "M-Product" or "M-Quali". Coop shows how it's done with its "Coop Qualité & Prix".

I agree with that. The confusion of brands and completely different presentations of similar products just makes the shelves confusing. Migros already has a line for organic iced teas (Migros Bio), which also includes Alpine herbal tea.
In addition, Migros then offers the same product - especially for popular products - under 10 different brands with 50 different labels, which takes up shelf space for perhaps more exotic products that are less in demand. Whether the 10 different brands really generate more sales - I doubt it.

The aim is to make it easier to find your way around and to find the familiar mid-priced products in a uniform line. In the quality class above, there was briefly M-Premium, of which only a few products can still be found today with remnants of the former design.

In the meantime, new brands have constantly been added. It's the changing times, that much is clear. In my opinion, however, Migros is slowly getting bogged down with innovations. Does every responsible product manager have to have a personal monument to a new product by launching a brand that survives for a short time? There are good examples such as I am, which was actively promoted. But whether the iced tea is called Organic, Tencha or HuppiFluppi shouldn't really matter that much. It's better to keep the established names with recognition value.

The fact that the designs take into account the recent trend (strange handwriting fonts, feel-good and hipster crap) shows that there is no longer any courage to be independent. Too bad.

This was already the case before the changeover to the standardized M-Classic and I AM brands. Nevertheless, customers (allegedly) did not know what was Migros' own brand and what was not. This was the reason given at the time for abandoning many own brands. But it would have been better to create a uniform umbrella brand that could have been placed above the previous brands on the articles - or simply the MIGROS lettering instead of at the back. When I AM was introduced, I initially thought that this was just such an umbrella brand, with two black letters and the orange logo-M, but that the previous brands would otherwise be retained. But no, it was just another new brand that didn't really make it clear that it was from Migros.
