Hello Annevdj, we understand perfectly well that it's unpleasant to buy oranges that are damaged prematurely - we're really sorry! Wherever possible, we try to offer "ready-to-eat" fruit in our stores, so that the aroma can develop fully. We try to guarantee this quality both by imposing clear guidelines on our suppliers, and by carrying out rigorous checks when goods are received. Some defects are not visible at first glance, and only become apparent over time. Our aim is always to remove these items from the shelves.
