Hello everyone, I recently found out that Migros has removed Optigal chicken patties from its range. They were very tasty and the ideal size. I know several families who loved this product, including ours. What do you think? I hope that Migros will reintroduce this product (or even better, an organic version) to its range.
Hello simonewipf76, unfortunately there wasn't enough demand for these Brätchügeli. I'm sorry that we have disappointed you and various families you know with this decision. We are of course aware that we always sadden some fans with every discontinuation of an item. However, as our shelf space is limited, we regularly check the popularity of our products and have to act accordingly. Spoilage is also important for food products in particular. If we have to dispose of more, it is not profitable for us or the environment to continue offering the product. It is of course possible that a product is better received in one region than in another. Whether we continue to offer a product or not depends on the sales figures across all stores in Switzerland. Dear Migipedia team I found out that in the Biel area the Optigal Poulet Brätchügeli are now being sold with a sticker "soon in a new design". What does this mean, will they remain in the Migros range or does this only affect the Migros cooperative in the Biel area and not the Migros Zurich cooperative where I live? Hello Simone, thank you very much for your feedback. We did indeed receive a lot of feedback from customers who missed the Brätchügeli. We therefore decided to give the product another chance. We will bring it back to the shelves. But under a new product line. I can't reveal any more yet. But I hope that you will soon be able to enjoy Brätchügeli again! Best wishes, Chloe
