Because it is important to know what the nutritional information refers to. To the entire contents of the bag? Just the olives? Or to what you actually eat? The 270g bag contains 150g of olives, the rest is infusion. And we only eat the flesh of the olives, the liquid is poured away and the stone is spat out. The nutritional information refers to what we actually eat: drained and pitted olives. The information "drained, pitted" in the nutritional information makes this clear.

We are still investigating why Alnatura olives are not shown in the product finder. However, we hope to be able to add them soon.
