The Oh! protein yoghurt - just like the other products in this range - is based on the very good idea of offering protein-rich products without excessive sugar content. But why use the potentially carcinogenic artificial sweeteners cyclamate and acesulfame K? It is understandable that stevia is not suitable because the sweetness sets in a little late, has an aftertaste and would make the low-fat quark taste too bitter. But why not use xylitol or something similar? It sweetens like sugar and has no aftertaste, it's just a bit more expensive, but the yogurts already have a high price anyway. I would be prepared to pay a little more for it!
