What an ecological nonsense!!!
Almost every single product has several times as much packaging material! The plastic bags on a roll are practical and you usually put several things in them; per product this only leads to a slightly higher environmental impact.
As a matter of principle, I will use the bags for fruit and vegetables.

I assume you mean the 5 centimes per 'Raschelsackli'? I fully agree!
For me, the 'Raschelsäckli' are only an emergency solution anyway if you don't have your own bag with you and the planned 5 centimes per bag won't hurt anyone - but the additional effort and the additional waiting time that results will.
I'm already 'looking forward' to it when the customer in front of me realizes that he has bought one bag too few and wants to buy more. If he pays with a franc or more, the chaos is perfect.
And if customers start hoarding bags of vegetables, they will be missing and those who have taken too many may even throw them away unused. Not a very good alternative.

When I go shopping at home, I take a durable, large plastic carrier bag with me and use it to take empty bottles back to Migros. Although I go shopping like this once or twice a week, the same plastic carrier bag (bought for CHF 2 at Migros) has lasted for years!
However, when I'm not out and about doing a little spontaneous shopping at Migros, the Raschels bags are just right. And they would be absolutely worth the 5 Rp to me.
But it disgusts me that this plastic bag tax a) patronizes and educates the consumer and b) pretends to protect the environment!
In addition, there are the points you mentioned about the practical implementation. The question also arises as to how much the larger plastic bags (which hang at the Subito payment stations) should cost?
