Obligat. Parking lot management - Ticket loss....

Obligat. Parkplatzbewirtschaftung - Ticketverlust....

It's understandable that if you lose your ticket, every effort is made to ensure that you can't be "cheated" by sneaky Migros customers... that's why they charge CHF 5 for an exit ticket, because the car could be parked there for 5 hours....
To understand first the prices on site for long-term parking: 3h=3CHF, 5h=5CHF, 8h=8CHF, above that day ticket=20CHF I drove to the parking lot exactly at the opening time of the shopping center at 9h and noticed at about 9.03h at the entrance that my ticket was gone, I ran back, but didn't find it at first, then I went to the information desk, where I was offered a replacement exit ticket for 5 CHF at about 9.10.... which seemed like a lot for hardly 10 minutes. So I went back again and thanks to another uninvolved person I found what I was looking for... It just wasn't calm... I would like to ask Migros to also teach people with a "work attitude strictly according to paragraph" a certain logic during training courses so that they can also make sensible decisions - this also contributes to job satisfaction. Therefore: -- if I report such a situation immediately when the store opens in the morning, I can't have been on the premises for 5 hours! -- or I would have forgotten the car the evening before, but then I would have been cheaper with this 5CHF solution (replacement exit ticket) than with the daily flat rate of 20 CHF!

In any case, one thing is certain: this solution is certainly not customer-friendly when a report is made so soon after the store opens! I deliberately did not mention the location, because 1) 90% of the staff on site would have decided differently 2) there are stubborn staff everywhere and this appeal only applies to them 3) I see it more as an impetus for training... Topic: logical, customer-friendly decisions.
