Do you know the small round gingerbread biscuits with chocolate coating that you can buy in Migros every year at Christmas time? They have baking wafers (like edible paper) on the bottom. I need these for baking biscuits. Can I buy these wafers in Migros? I have not been able to find them using the search function and I don't want to buy them online.

Unfortunately, Migros doesn't have them, although Migusto has already published recipes with baking wafers. If you live near Germany, you can get the wafers there. Or otherwise online anyway.

If you live in or near Bern, I can highly recommend the bakery store Bakery Kitchen in the city center (Spitalgasse 29 on the 1st floor)! They have (almost) everything a baker's heart desires :) https://bakery-kitchen.ch/kategorie/backzutaten/zutaten/oblaten/ They have wafers in their online store, but I assume they also have them in the store.

I meant the Bakery Kitchen online store 😁 they have everything and the prices are ok. Ah, there's also a store with baking accessories near the Glattzentrum, they're sure to have baking wafers during the Christmas season.

Yes - I'm looking for the baking wafers too! Too bad that Migros doesn't have them! Would be good if they were in the assortment from October - end of December!
