Am I the only one who misses the old recipe from my childhood?
I would have died for it in the past, but today's just don't cut it! What a shame - and when I think how many packs I ate in the RS and what my son will soon be missing out on...

No, you're not the only one ;-))
When I was a child, I used to eat these sticks in droves and I always grabbed them when they were on sale.
But unfortunately this recipe has also been changed and they just don't taste good any more. It's the same with the bear paws and my much-loved Tyrolean cake. My God, how much I loved them......

"I really like many of the Migros biscuits. But the "Nuss-Stengeli" from Midor are horrible in my opinion: tasteless, rock hard, not even remotely reminiscent of a tasty Nussstängeli.
A great pity, because the Nuss-Stängeli is a typical Swiss cookie. Can the recipe be verified? And why are they called "Stengeli" and not "Stängeli"?"
