Hello everyone!
I think it would be great if Migros were to introduce nut creams and mousses. So far I've only seen them in health food stores. I'm not talking about the classic peanut butter, but a mousse that is 100% nut. The health food store stocks various varieties; I would go for the cashew, pecan and almond versions. The products I know of are organic and vegan, so really something for everyone.

It is indeed the case that Alnatura almond butter will be available in more stores. However, you will have to be patient until at least the summer: The stores are free to decide when they want to and can start stocking the almond butter. Some will do so as early as week 25 (mid-June) - for others it will take until late fall to introduce it.
There are already three stores in Zurich that are already offering almond butter: Limmatplatz, Glatt and Rüschlikon.
Maybe you can visit them soon and get your hands on some Alnatura almond butter.

I think different nut creams would be great too.
A coconut chocolate cream would be very nice, like Bounty to spread on bread.

I also think it's a very good idea, especially almond and hazelnut spread made from 100% nuts.
You could make your own Nutella with cocoa powder without a lot of oil/sugar etc.

Please also introduce peanut butter, also available from Alnatura or Rapunzel.
The peanut butter
- is very cheap in comparison (from € 2.00)
- has few carbohydrates (approx. 9 g / 100 g)
- the customer already knows peanut butter, the impulse to buy is correspondingly higher
Offer Erythritol as an additional sweetener, so there's more turnover for M and the customer feels individually catered for, as he can decide for himself how sweet his peanut butter should be.

Many thanks for the ideas. We have already made a start with the almond butter. I will now forward the suggestions for cashew butter, a chocolate-coconut cream, hazelnut butter and peanut butter to the product managers. That sounds very interesting and will certainly open up a wide range of possibilities for baking and snacks :-)
