I also loved this nut cream and searched for it for a long time. I then found the recipe with acacia honey on this forum. I used the same brand (Jean Hervé) as Domi25, but it has too much of a honey taste. There is a mixture of the same brand with sugar cane syrup instead of honey. Despite the oil it contains, everything mixed well again, the mixture remained relatively hard.
While searching around on the Internet, I came across a recipe (Migros or Nuxo, I think even the patent) where butter is added. So I tried it out.
1 jar of the nut mixture (360 g, with the oil) and 100 g butter. Mixed everything in the Thermomix at 40°C. It came close to the original (as I remember it), just a little too sweet and too soft at room temperature. The next time I try it, I will add half a glass (180 g) of unsweetened nut butter.
