Hello Migipedia team
I don't seem to have a good knack for buying boxer shorts anymore.
In the last promotion about 2 weeks ago I bought the Nick Tyler Boxer Art. 8220.709 for 19.90 Fr.
My boyfriend wore them once and thought they were great, but now after washing them according to the instructions, the thread is coming loose in various places, e.g. on the side of the leg, at the back of the bottom and at the bottom of the crotch. The boxer shorts have literally torn at the crotch. At the moment, everything is still holding together a little, but I assume that they won't survive wearing or washing. I'm very unhappy about that.

I noticed something similar last week with the boxer shorts that Migipedia users were allowed to design. This boxer short (one of the black ones) has probably been worn 5 times and now has 2 tears in the center front.

To be honest, I am very surprised by the poor quality and I am not used to this with Migros underwear. My boyfriend has only had boxer shorts from Migros for years and the old ones are now in much better condition than these 2 new pieces.

I hope you can clarify the loss of quality (faulty production, isolated case???) and help me out with a replacement if necessary.
