The weekly newsletter with the promotions often ends up in the spam folder - not always, but often. Do others have this problem too? Unfortunately, my provider doesn't offer the option of creating a whitelist, and marking it as not spam doesn't help either. On the other hand, I receive various other newsletters that land properly in my inbox. It should therefore be possible to design the newsletter in such a way that it is not classified as spam. Or am I underestimating this challenge?
