I have also received another reply:
During the changeover from M-Classic to Buon Gusto, the recipe for Lasagne Bolognese was slightly adapted, but the recipe for all other items remained the same; some components of Lasagne Bolognese (sizes 360g, 600g and 1kg) were replaced and the sauce was revised and improved.
