When I buy non-everyday items, I always make a note of the item number, e.g. envelopes, active life, etc. The reason for this is that the design of the packaging changes regularly, even though it requires the same amount of raw materials. That also costs a lot, although it doesn't help. I know, and it's well known, that when new bosses are hired, they have to leave their mark. Then the staff know that this person has initiative and is dynamic. ^^
