The new spout is a pure imposition. I have never managed to pour out of a full milk container without making a big mess. Only when there is enough air space in the container can you pour without spilling. Why do you expect customers to buy such an immature product?

I always buy the half-liter milk with a screw cap. I find it the most convenient. The "solution" to your problem would be to make a small hole at the top behind the spout. No more spilling, but just a hole in the Tetra-Pak.
