Dear Migros
I have 2 products that I would like to find in your range. One would be a larger selection of savory spreads. What you have is all along the lines of "Cantadou" or herbs and garlic / I would like to see something with paprika etc. (In Germany you can find a great selection from Buko, Miree, Philadelphia, Almette etc. I think it's a shame that the selection here in Switzerland is so small. They used to have the Brunch brand, didn't they?
I would also like to see an extended range of rice cakes, e.g. rice cakes with paprika, cheese or sour cream!
Suggestion:
When shopping, I use the self-checkout a lot, which I noticed in our Schönbühl store that it is often used by people who have filled their shopping carts to the brim. (They could use the self-scanning system) I use the self-checkout because it has to be quick, and I'm now getting annoyed about long waiting times. Could you not put a maximum number of items on the board, e.g. max 20 items!
That would be great!

I'll be happy to pass on your ideas for spreads and rice cakes to the relevant people in charge and ask our shop design experts whether it would be conceivable to have panels with product quantity restrictions at the Subito checkouts. You will hear from me again as soon as possible.

Express checkouts in the Subito self-checkout area are not planned for the time being, but the Subito checkouts have made it possible to integrate additional payment stations in the supermarkets. As a result, waiting times in the checkout area have tended to be reduced. We are also currently developing compact Subito payment stations. This will also allow us to use corresponding self-scanning stations in smaller sales outlets, which is unfortunately not yet the case.

Thank you very much for the feedback, I already know these products, I thought the Migipedia community was here to suggest product extensions and improvements, I would be really happy if you not only gave me alternatives but also took up this suggestion and examined whether this is generally in demand among consumers. Other countries are also constantly expanding their product range.

Your ideas and input are spot on here at Migipedia. We pass on every request and every idea directly to the product managers responsible for the introduction of new products. They collect the input and incorporate it into the next product range analysis.
However, it often takes some time before a new product can actually be launched: market demand has to be clarified, delivery and production options evaluated, packaging designed and presentation organized at the point of sale. The fact that it is very important to us to produce the products as sustainably as possible and still be able to offer them at a good price does not make this project any less time-consuming.
