I am convinced that the new Migros AG will do no better. It will remain casual for the princes of MIGROS. Nothing will change for the customers. It certainly won't get any cheaper - Migros will remain as complicated as ever. oh dear. Migros is running out of customers, but the princes don't care. Migros is constantly losing market share to the competition. Once you've left Migros as a customer, you'll never go back, and the sleepy Migros will realize that one day too
